Hello. My name is Kai Thompson. I am a Registered Interior Designer (#12735) based in San Antonio, Texas. I am a member of the International Interior Design Association (IIDA). And I had an unconventional journey to the design industry.

Call me an Interior Scientist.

My first career path was biomedical science research. Although I left the science and academia track, my education and training didn’t leave me. Now I apply all of my experience to my career in interior design. I have learned how to think, adapt, communicate, and solve problems analytically and creatively.

Let me put my brain to work on your project!
